K.E. Bell | Poem

superfeel

bump on my leg itches
it leaves white
behind my knee at the touch
ma said don’t touch don’t scratch don’t
“look don’t feel it”

purple sore on my lip
burns My tongue makes
red and i am blue she said
don’t bite don’t chew don’t
“feel it feel it”

“i feel it!”
said the ant under My
thumb when i turned
black into brown it said don’t
“stop don’t pause i feel it”

i feel it
god, i feel it
